With the advent of economic globalization and informationization, the competitions between countries are increasingly fierce. "Innovation is the soul of a nation, and the unyielding power of nation's prosperity." The technical innovation is the fundamental driving force of economic growth, while the choice of technical innovation mode in enterprises, as the starting and key point of technical innovation activities, plays an essential role in the success of enterprise technical innovation. The Game theory, as the derivation of decision theory, is the logic perfection of the decision theory in essence, which can help enterprises to make more scientific decisions than other methods. The game theory is adopted to provide subjective and sensible guidance for enterprises'choosing strategic technical innovation mode in the enterprises.The paper introduces the categories and features of technical innovation modes at first. Four strategic modes based on technology are selected as strategy space from the management theory of Technical Innovation, including Independent Innovation mode, Simulating Innovation mode, Importation-Assimilation-Reinnovation mode and Cooperation Innovation mode. Then, the features, the weakness and strength of these modes are discussed. Due to information asymmetry in real condition, the paper constructs Dynamic Games model with Incomplete Information to make the research more realistic, and carries out the comparative analysis of game party payoffs by sequential game tree to obtain the policy, maximizing enterprise profits. This paper also provides the guidance for enterprises'selecting technical innovation modes and discusses the impacts of incomplete information. The model in this paper perfects current theory and provides an scientific, subjective and sensible decision-making method for innovation selection in enterprises. Finally, the author quotes a case, in which the AHP and Fuzzy Matrix are used to determine the parameters and thus obtain the innovation gains in all kinds of modes. Through comparative analysis between these modes, the conclusion of game has been validated.
