With the increasing speed of global integration, Chinese economy is gradually combined with international economy. The environment the domestic enterprises are faced has switched from relatively stable, predictable and silent one to fiercely ups and downs, unpredictable and uncontrollable condition. Some scholars called this competition under such environment as super fierce competition, extreme competition or n. In this easy it is called dynamic competition. All the names mention above shows the great strength of competition in current situation and many industries in China has entered into this environment. How to deal with such dynamic environment is an urgent problem for our entrepreneurs.Firstly, the essay analyzed the character of dynamic environment, discussed the probability of using game theory, and according to the reality that environment's strong competition, uncompleted information, uncompleted, the essay challenged against traditional, lining decision mind and put strong competition into new Cournot model. In addition, the essay established the Cournot model from the angle of innovation competition, signal interference and many facets competition, as to the competitive advantage cannot be kept for a long time and information unsuitable, the essay made a game analysis and improve the mode, adding cost and make it positively lining related to product character. Push the meaning of product special character to a wide aspect, not only include the quality and function of product, but also deviation affected by the media advertisement. The new model applies more to real use. The author hopes to comb, summarize the related theories in this area and make some breakthroughs for the coming research and be a reference for practical activity for enterprise's strategic management.
