| ZTE has been established since 1985. Through hard work of twenty-five years, ZTE has become the world's leading integrated communications manufacturing listed company and one of global communications solutions provider. The venture capital of ZTE was only 280 million RMB inl985, while the revenue of ZTE was 44 billion RMB. During twenty-five years, the capital increases 15000 times, and the average annual growth rate is above 30%. ZTE has developed steadily in the highly competitive communications industry. ZTE is always the ultimate winner in every major technological change. Even in 2002-the global Internet bubble burst and in 2008-the global financial crisis, ZTE also was strong enough to achieve anti-normal growth. Therefore, it is significant to research ZTE's growth factor and pattern, which can promote the international development of China's enterprises.In this study, the research objectives are the growth factors and model of ZTE. On the basis of the theories of economic growth, economic growth pattern, technological innovation and economic growth, ways to promote enterprise growth, combining with new growth theory, the theory of economic growth model, the principle of business innovation and evolutionary economics, this study establishes the economic growth model of ZTE and measures the contribution rate of various factors to economic growth. The conclusions are as follows:the contribution rate of Advances in knowledge is 89.95%, contribution rate of labor force 4.04%, and the institution and external economic environment are incentives and promotion for economic grows.It is generalized that ZTE's growth model is innovation-driven and international sustained high growth mode with the advantage of low human capital. Then, international path of ZTE is analyzed from four stages and three aspects respectively. And the economic growth environment of ZTE is analyzed, including the rapid growth of the broad market and the appropriate policy environment for the development of high-tech enterprises. Against the changing external environment, ZTE has also taken to meet the market's business model, including the new market model, the new channel model, bundling and high quality service models. In addition, based on the resolution of the human capital innovation, independent innovation and institution innovation, the evolution process and mechanism of ZTE are summarized. And the study also establishes the evolutionary cybernetics model and econometric models for ZTE. |
