| Nowadays, the calculation coefficients in particular districts are difficult to calculate and the standard of calculation coefficients is not set scientifically. Aiming at these problems in land readjustment potentiality calculation of current mineral area, this paper puts forward reference area method to calculate the land readjustment potentiality in particular districts, and uses fuzzy AHP comprehensive evaluation method to carry on the land readjustment potentiality classification. Take the land readjustment in subsidence area, Aiyou mine, Yimatu town for example, this paper carries on a land readjustment potentiality calculation and classification.This paper analyzes the factors which affect the land readjustment potentiality in subsidence area, Aiyou mine, Yimatu town. According to the influence of natural factors, the typical area and reference area of land readjustment are divided and the calculation coefficient is calculated. According to the standard of land readjustment in item area, the function formula is built up to calculate the calculation coefficients standard of land readjustment potentiality, the calculation coefficients standard is computed at three different readjustment levels, low, middle, and high level, in flat region and slopping region, Aiyou mine, Yimatu town, and the mineral land readjustment potentiality is measured in Aiyou mine, Yimatu town at three different readjustment levels. According to the result of calculation, the fuzzy AHP comprehensive evaluation method is used to divide and classify the land readjustment potentiality in item area. This research provides the foundation of theory and scientific basis for the feasibility of research and planning of land readjustment in subsidence area, Aiyou mine, Yimatu town. |
