Land is the material basis for human survival and development. It also provides necessary space support and site conditions for social and economic development. With the rapid development of our country's economy, the process of industrialization and urbanization has led to prominent conflicts between human and land, and the task of protecting cultivated land and the quality of improving cultivated land have become severe increasingly.Taking Yanting of Qiuqu County,Sichuan as an example, this paper proposes an improved FAHP-Entropy weighting method, establishes an evaluation model of cultivated land reorganization potentiality, and systematically evaluates the potentiality of arable land reorganization in Yanting County. The main studies of the full text are as follows:1.Based on the evaluation index system of arable land consolidation potentiality in hilly region of Sichuan Basin,an improved FAHP-Entropy weighting method was proposed and its robustness was verified.Based on this,an improved FAHP-Entropy evaluation model of farmland rearrangement potentiality based weighting method and fuzzy matter element analysis was established.A comprehensive index of farmland rearrangement potential of 36 townships in Yanting County was obtained, and a comprehensive index radar of farmland rearrangement potentiality was drawn.2.In order to reflect the micro-characteristics and intrinsic potential of arable land rearrangement potential in different directions and regions in Yanting County,.Taking Arcgis to carry out inverse distance weighted interpolation analysis, and adopting the natural discontinuous grading method to classify comprehensive index of cultivated land consolidation potentiality.A three-dimensional DEM map of cultivated land consolidation potentiality was established on the basis of Matlab software in Yanting County, and the DEM map of cultivated land consolidation potentiality was spatially dissected in different directions. The characteristics of the distribution potentiality of cultivated land readjustment in the administrative area of Yanting County were characterized: Potential areas of level I were mainly distributed along the banks of the Zijiang River,Tuanjiang River,Mijiang River and Juxi River, with the significant concentrated distribution;the potential of the level II subarea is distributed of zonal along the northwest to southeast;the potential level of the level III subarea is distributed of scatter around the first-order potential subarea; The potential zoning of level IV is located on the northwest, southwest and southeast sides of Yanting County, showing ascattered distribution, which provides a theoretical reference for the site selection of Yanting County Arable Land Consolidation Project. On this basis, the county's arable land is divided into four arable land consolidation and development zones, the arable land readjustment potential area of southwest river valley, the arable land readjustment potential area of northeast shallow hilly, the arable land readjustment potential area of southeast shallow hilly, and arable land consolidation potential area of the northwestern low hill and deep hilly.3.After using the mathematical analysis method to obtain the level I potential area of the most suitable farmland in Yanting County, select Class I potential zoning of Tieya Village(dongyanba),Maogong Township for arable land consolidation, and formulate arable land according to the principle of land consolidation planning. The planning was arranged to provide example support for the implementation of the arable land consolidation project in Yanting County.
