| The peasant organization movement is an important approach to promote agricultural development. The promotion of the agricultural product competition of a country mostly depends on the degree of the peasant organization movement. Under the circumstance of the market economy of China and entering into WTO, peasant organization movement is more significant. It is suggested definitely by the Report at 16th Party Congress to improve the organizing level of farmers' access to the market. However, the development of peasant economic organization of China at present is low. Comparing to the peasant organization of some developed counties in western, there is far distance on organizing scale, developing degree and producing effect. There are a few problems in practice and the related research is not perfect either. Owing to the significance of peasant economic organization, inadequacy of the research and problems in practice, this paper conducts the research to the different stage of peasant economic organization of the People's Republic of China, analyses the problems in the course of development and brings forward countermeasures and suggestions in order to bring some benefits to perfect peasant economic organization.This paper is composed of introduction, the main text and conclusion. The introduction briefly introduces the purpose and significance of this paper, the research dynamic state at home and abroad, the related concept as well as the train of thought and method of research. The first chapter studies the agricultural production mutual aid and cooperation organization from 1949 in which the People's Republic of China is founded to 1957. First of all, this chapter analyzes the reason of its appearance from three aspects: after land reform, the peasant's requirement of mutual aid and cooperation, removing polarization and the industrialization demand of country. Then it introduces three kinds of concrete forms: the mutual aid team, elementary agri-cooperation and advanced agri-cooperation. Finally, it summarizes the accomplishment of development and pro and con experience and lessons. The second chapter studies the rural people's commune from 1958 to 1978. First it introduces the background of its emergence from the aspects of large-scale construction of water conservancy works and Great Leap Forward. Then it analyzes the operation characteristics concretely. At last, it makes the objective dialectical valuation. But rural people's commune is failed fundamentally. The third chapter and fourth chapter which are the main points of the paper conduct the research to the new peasant economic organization implemented after the reform and opening up. The third chapter analyzes the reason of the emergence of new model peasant economic organization from two aspects: the implement of the household contract responsibility system and the development of commodity economy. It also introduces its present situation of development, especially introduces four kinds of organization forms concretely: the company + peasant household, peasant special association, peasant special cooperative and peasant share cooperative economic organization. Finally, it sums up the function of new model peasant economic organization. The fourth chapter analyzes the problems in the development of new model peasant economic organization, and submits corresponding countermeasures and suggestion from developing principle, government support and self organization. The end is the conclusion which sums up the research results of this paper.In short, through studying the course of the development of the peasant economic organization of the People's Republic of China on the basis of the research which has been done before, this paper perfects agricultural economy theory further and promotes the development of peasant economic organization. |
