In the middle period of1980s, various of agricultural cooperative organizations develop on our country like bamboo shoots after a spring rain on the land earth.It plays a important role in raising peasants’ organizition extent and competitiveness, reducing purchase cost and transaction cost, increasing peasant’s income, raising respects such as the level of industrialization of agricultural managing,etc. It is the common road chosen by peasants to set up all kinds of cooperative organizition in long-term practices, the agricultural resource of Yunnan is abundant, while the peasants’quantity is more too. So the social economic condition has its own characteristic. But the agricultural cooperative has important meanings organization developed slowly. Therefore, it to studying the agricultural cooperative organization in Yunnan.On the basis of amount survey, This article analyse international and domestic current study situation of agricultural cooperative organization at first, while summarizing some relative theory. Then analyzing through the current situation to the new agricultural cooperative organization of Yunnan Province, reveal the subject problems existing in the cooperative. Meanwhile, employ transaction costs theory to analyze its profound reason. Drawing the experience that agriculture cooperative organization develops abroad, it propose the countermeasure being suitable for Yunnan’s own development cooperative from combining the natural, economic and social condition.In this way, it will promote development of agriculture cooperative organization.
