After the world war II, all countries have committed to national reconstruction and economic recovery of the world, the economy and trade has been developing rapidly.Since 1960s, the worldwide trade of similar products in the same species has won progressive development and promotion of international trade growth has become a major force. With the development of technology, economic globalization and trade liberalization, the intra-industry trade between developed and developing countries has developed rapidly. China has payed great attention to the intra-industry trade with East Asia, the United States and European Union since the 1990s,commoditie's structure has gradually optimized and trading condition has been improved. We reach a conclusion that,if the developing countries want to participate in international economic circulation, stimulate the economy to grow rapidly, must take part in intra-industry trade. If do that, we can obtain more dynamic trade interests.China is the largest trading nation in aquatic production around the world. We have a long history in aquaculture, which has a distinct competitive advantage in the international market. China should make full use of both domestic and international markets, promote the development of aquatic products'trade. At present, the EU has become China's largest trading partner. In the year of 1975, we established diplomatic ties with each other formally, bilateral relations have been stable and moved forwardly. Because of the geographic advantages, as well as political and historical reasons, the trade between China and Russia has always been large. There is a rich fishery resource in the Far Eastern waters of Russian, which provides a condition for Sino-Russian trade in aquatic products. Norway, Iceland is famous for its unique species of aquatic products. At present, the aquatic trade between the European Union, Russia, Norway, Iceland and China cover over 90% of all the trade. Therefore, the deeply study of the trade between China and the four countries has a great significance. This paper is based on the above thoughts, and the study is divided into six chapters:Chapter I is Introduction, introducing the research background and significance of intra-industry trade-related theory, the paper's ideas and methods and innovation and inadequacies. There is a large number of access to Chinese and foreign scholars'article works. Combing the history of intra-industry trade theory carefully, we can reach a comprehensive overview about Aqua-products'Trade, and intra-industry trade of the status quo of Sino-European Countries. The article uses both theoretical overview and empirical overview, the content is quite informative. The second chapter describes the intra-industry trade and development level of Sino-European Countries. The article begins with China and European countries'aquatic production, aquatic trade and security issues, which provide a study data base of the study of intra-industry trade; then presents the Sino-European Countries intra-industry level of aquatic production, including intra-industry Trade Index, the analysis of the products'competition, the patterns and types of the intra-industry trade. Aquatic product is divided into seven major categories, which can improve the accuracy and the value of the results. Chapter III is the core part of this paper, the empirical analysis of the trade influential factors of intra-industry. Firstly, we introduce the various effects of intra-industry trade factors; Secondly, according to the own characteristics and the actual characteristics of the selected countries, through careful analysis, appropriatedly discard the weak factors, introduce a new factor-aquatic resource endowment, then establish an analysis modle. The results show that the AGDP show a negative impact on intra-industry trade of aquatic products. While the SIZE, DIFFER and RESCOURCE show a positive impact on the intra-industry trade. Chapter IV introduces the influnces on the economy and industry of the intro-industry trade of acquatic products. It promotes bilateral trade in economic development, enhances the competitiveness of China's foreign trade. It meets the different needs of different countries to improve the well-being index; In the industry level,it replaces the inter-industry trade, leading the aquaculture development direction, promoting the transformation of the labor-intensive aquaculture industry, promoting industrial upgrading. Chapter V is the suggestion to promote the intra-industry trade's development within the aquatic industry. According to earlier empirical research and analysis of various factors on the impact of the direction of intra-industry trade, propose measures from both macro and micro perspective, greatly increasing the policy's relevance and feasibility.
