The natural gas is a kind of clean high-grade energy and chemical raw material, which bears great positive benefits on society, economy and environmental protection. For this line, our government adopts encouragement measures and strengths the oversight extent constantly to move it on healthily. As a traditional industrial city, City T has explored the natural gas market long time ago, so it isn't feasible to acquire more among the present mature market. HP, these two new zones are the rising potential purchaser, who require huge amount. Presently T municipality and HP administration committee are sifting partners to carry out gas plan. Many gas enterprises compete to participate. The enterprise strategy is the foundation of maintaining enterprise sustainable development. To grasp this rare opportunity, it is extremely important for A Natural Gas Company to make scientific proper market expansion strategy.One the basis of ample investigation and research with strategic management and relevant theoretic knowledge, this article combines A Natural Gas Company traits and actualities, probes into how to occupy HP zones and makes concrete strategies for A reference. It uses PEST and five power model to analyze exterior macro circumstance and the corresponding industry setting, then analyze interior conditions at the aspects of company resource, capacity etc. Above that, it uses SWOT to analyze interior and exterior environment comprehensively, integrates relevant theories and makes practical strategies like 'Resource-driving Strategy''Pipe-driving Strategy' and 'Joint-venture Strategy'. Finally it also makes particular measures for strategy implementation.This article has six chapters. The first chapter refers to the purpose, content and frame. The second chapter states relevant strategic theories comprehensively. The third chapter lists opportunities and threats basing on analysis of the exterior environment. The forth chapter points out the advantages and weaknesses through interior analysis. The fifth chapter gives strategic choices. Attributing to the conclusion on inside and outside environment by SWOT model, it deducts out four strategies (SO, WO, ST, and WT), and makes four proper market expansion strategies through SWOT result analysis. The sixth chapter introduces the enterprise strategy implementation and supporting measures.
