The Study Of Zhucheng Farmers Cooperative Business Model In The New Socialist Countryside Construction

The Chinese agriculture is being the switcher time from the traditional agriculture to the modern agriculture. Along with the agricultural development, deepening industrial management of agriculture and developping the farmer specialized cooperative society has already become the key content and the direction of China's modern agricultural system construction, and the reality of choice and the only way of getting more affluent living conditions to farmers. For innovating agricultural and rural economic management system, improving the degree of organization of farmers, and promotting the industrial management of agriculture and farmers income, the development of professional farmers cooperatives was carried out as an entry point for agricultural and rural work in the city of Zhucheng. Through model led, policy guidance, support and other measures to encourage, specialized cooperatives of farmers were effectively and healthy developped.Thus, the study was carried out based on the farmers specialized cooperatives of Zhucheng, described the different opperating model of a few farmers specialized cooperatives, and discussed the experience and inspiration of aboard farmers specialized cooperatives.The results were following as:(1) The concept and policy in recent years about farmer specialized cooperatives were described in the present study. Furthermore, the present development situation and 5 kinds of typical cooperative business model, such as "leading enterprises+ cooperatives + farmers" of co-operative business model advantages and disadvantages were induced. The development and growth of professional farmers cooperatives should be conducted in work, and persist in the developping direction of "people establish, people opperate, people benefit" and serving for people.(2) The present development situation and the characteristics of a few kinds of opperating model of farmers specialized cooperatives in Zhucheng were anlysied. Based on the opperating model of" leading enterprises + cooperatives + farmers" and local conditions, farmer specialized cooperatives of Zhucheng selected and adopted a few opperating model for example,a leading enterprise-led farmer specialized cooperatives. The actual development situation of the professional farmers cooperative in Zhucheng were discussed through the great forest special animal breeding professional cooperatives, may Lisburn pig farming cooperatives and other typical examples. The results showed that developping of the rural economy, improving the industrial management of agriculture and increasing their income must be supportted and developped the rural cooperatives by more pathways.(3) Of three typical types of aboard farmer co-operatives,3 countries, the United States, Germany and Japan's farmers specialized cooperatives were selected and discussed the co-operative business model features and the professional inspiration to the development of the Chinese peasant cooperative, respectively. The professional development of farmers cooperatives in various countries have been supported by the Government's, matched the policy about agricultural and rural work, and ensured the dominant position of the farmers through the integrity system of laws and regulations. It was important significance to in-depth understand the meaning of cooperative principles, and learn from successful experiences of developed countries for the development of professional co-operation of China's peasants.(4) Combined the professional practice experience of national and abroad farmers cooperative business model and the development of farmer cooperatives in Zhucheng, the paper analysed the professional problems in Zhucheng farmers cooperative business model from an economic point, explored the professional farmers cooperative business model fit with local development in Zhucheng, suggested the according recommendations lined with the actual situation of the farmers Zhucheng cooperative business model:to raise the core competitiveness of cooperatives through construction of the model cooperatives, the lead of superior man and standardization of production, to enhance their co-operation service functions through enriching the content of severse and carrying out the training of professional accomplishment, to improve the internal mechanisms of cooperatives; to improve the mechanism to withstand risks, and actively campaigning for government support and help implement supportive policies to ensure the stable development of cooperatives.
