The Impact Of Technological Innovations On China's Automobile Industry And Countermeasures

With the acceleration of economic globalization and the rapid development of world science and technology, a technological innovation with profound significance in the automobile industry is taking place. Technological innovation is becoming a strong driving force to promote the sustainable development of the world's automotive industry. China's automobile industry has a rapid development in the past decade, but also has many problems. For example:China's automobile industry lacks of technological innovation and does not master core technology. How can effectively enhance the technological innovation capability of China's automobile industry to promote the faster development of China's automobile industry has important strategic significance.This thesis is based on the theory of the technological innovation,it describes the definition of technological innovation, the basic characteristics of technological innovation and the type of technological innovation.Research methods of this thesis include qualitative analysis,quantitative analysis,comparative analysis and case analysis.First,This thesis studies the technological innovation in the world automobile industry and the technological innovation in China's automobile industry,analyzes the status of technological innovation and the trend of technological innovation in the world automobile industry,it concludes that the trend of technological innovation in the world automobile industry includes highlighting the safety and environmental protection of automotive products,the strategic direction of product innovation is the new energy vehicles. Comparing with the development of technological innovation in the world automobile industry, it founds the problems in China's automobile industry, such as automotive products and manufacturing technology behind the world advanced level investment in technology development is inadequate and R & D capability is weak.Second,this thesis analyzes the contribution of technological innovation on the economic growth in China's automobile industry,it concludes that growth rate of technical progress in China's automobile industry is lower,the contribution of technological progress in output growth is lower.Finally, it analyzes the reason why the technological innovation in China's automobile industry is weak. It analyzes the reason from two aspects. The own reasons in China's automobile industry include inadequate investment in technology development, unreasonable industrial organization. External reasons include a shortage of creative talents and professional skills, lack of technical support from related industries. Meanwhile, the thesis recommends that Chinese automobile companies should joint to do technological innovation; government and universities should joint to build innovation strategies; in the technology development,they should base on self-development, supplemented by joint development with foreign countries; Government should specify the policies and regulations to encourage companies to do technical innovation; they should carry out human resources strategy to improve the technical innovation capability of China's automobile industry.
