Whether technological learning ability of Chinese automobile industry can be formed is refer to whether China's automobile industry can exist and develop in the international market. It is very important to establish a model of technological learning which can support automobile industry to develop independently in international market and perfect the studying system in order to promote the automobile technology.Based on the actuality of technological learning of China's automobile industry, this essay compared and researched the technological learning model of automobile industries of the developed countries, and analyzed the technological learning opportunity, technological learning environments, the supporting system of technological learning. According to analyzing the technological learning of China's automobile industry by SWOT, the author put forward the principles, countermeasures and advice for establishing technological learning system of China's automobile industry.This essay includes:Chapter 1: In this section, the author introduced the meaning and background of researching problem of this essay and retrospect the researching productions of China and other countries. At the same time, the author gave us the researching destination and methods, then, generalized the innovation spots and the shortages.Chapter2: The author carried on a brief classification to summarize the concept of the technical study of the domestic and foreign scholars. And also generalized three viewpoints about the technological learning definition: the organization study view, the ability view and the process view, proposes the technological learning definition of the industrial view. Then, from the industrial view angle, summarized the technological learning model of automobile industry to two basic types: the independent invention creation and the introduction imitation innovation. At last, the author gave a brief analysis on influential factors about the model of technological learning of the automobile industry.In chapter3, the author compared and analyzed their differences by starting from the technological learning model of the automobile industries between America and Japan, then, elaborated the influence of forming and developing of technological learning opportunity, the technology learning environment and the technological learning supporting system. In chapter4, according to the present situation of technological learning of China's automobile industry, the author carried on the SWOT analysis to discover the question and proposed the countermeasures.In chapter5, unifying the international experience and the present situation about technological learning of China's automobile industry, analyzed the division of labor and the status of the government, the enterprise and the society in the technological-learning system of the automobile industry and proposed the constructional principle, the countmeasures and the suggestion to technological learning system of China's automobile industry.In chapter6, the author generalized the main conclusion and the viewpoint of the whole text, then, drew up the direction of further research.
