Study On Development Strategy Of Bathing Beach Tour Resources In Qingdao

As a mordern seaside tourist city,Qingdao is rich in sea resources, and which tourism industry is in the stage of vigorous development.Both the booming supply and demand market and the abundant resources condition provide a good opportunity for the development of seaside leisure tourism item.Among many kinds of sea resources,the importmance of bathing beach resource is obvious.But now, beaside leisure tourism has many problems,such as lower startpoint, flat developmental level,poor integral coordination, extensive management,ect.Therefore,the reasonable development and effctive management for the bathing beach resource have actual significance.This paper works out assessment and analysis for Qingdao's bathing beach resource from three levels with literature research, comparative analysis, survey analysis and methods of integrating investigation and experiences,ect:First of all,this paper compares Qingdao's bathing beach resource with other domestic cities's form bathing beach's characteristic and property,environment,development conditions,ect.At the same time,this paper also analyzes Qingdao bathing beach resource's competitiveness over the whole country from the advantage of climate,tides and waves,resource-advantage,development conditions,infrastructure,ect.Secondly,this part makes a comparative among the mainly bathing beaches of Qingdao from characteristic and property,environment,development conditions,ect.Subsquently,it gets the evaluation and comparison for these bathing beaches's resources and function.And besides,it brings forward several problems consisting in environment,the development of leisure products,bundled service and facilities during the Qingdao bathing beaches'development and construction.In the end,about Qingdao bathing beaches's development and construction,this paper also puts forward corresponding development advances and expansion strategy from functional localization and development direction,product development system and product structure,the input of development and protection,financial secutity system,ect.This paper analyzes seaside leisure tourism's situation of several other countries and other chinese cities,and makes comprehensive analysis to Qingdao bathing beaches's development from resources evaluation,production development,combination and location,CIS marketing,which can help to promote the Qingdao's city image,enrich Qingdao's city culture,provide rerferences for Qingdao and other seaside cities's coastal resources development,which will make themselves play the strength easier,develop the resources all they have.
