| With the in-depth development of our country’s leisure industry, coastal leisureactivities become more and more popular. The beach as one of the sites on whichleisure activities carried is an important part of the coastal leisure activities.Comparedwith the rapid development of the coastal leisure activities, it is obviously thatrelevant academic researches especially from the perspective of tourism and leisureare deficient. Overall, the existing researches were mainly focus on the physicalattributes of beach,such as analysis on the suitability for leisure activities on the beachand the development model of coastal tourism and leisure. However,there’s lack ofresearch that based on the spiritual level which can used to analysis the relationshipbetween beach users and beach during the interaction. In order to clarify thisrelationship, this paper introduced the theory of place attachment. In recent years,place attachment theory is the research emphasis in Environmental Psychology andTourism Geography. Using place attachment theory can help to accurately reflect thepeople’s attitudes during the recreation and achieve the needs of people.It alsoconducive to maximize the value of resource and enrich the social and culturalconnotation of leisure products.All of the above is essential to the development ofleisure industry.This paper choosing Qingdao Shilaoren bathing beach as the study sites, takingquestionnaire survey and supported by statistical software and mathematical analysismethods to explore the relationship between beach users and beach during theinteraction. Strictly speaking, this relationship refer to the correlation of beachusers’place attachment, Environmental attribute satisfaction and behavior of usage.This paper analysing the above three factors in one system and checking theintermediation role of place dependence which is one of the component factor ofplace attachment. By means of analysing the affect factors and role of beach users’ place attachment,this paper tries to provide planning, development and managementsuggestion for others sea beaches.There are some conclusion which concluded by the method of Factor Analysis,One-Way-ANOVA Analysis,Regression Analysis:(1)Shilaoren bathing beach users’ environmental attribute satisfaction can bedivided into services environmental attribute satisfaction, cultural environmentalattribute satisfaction, social environmental attribute satisfaction, naturalenvironmental attribute satisfaction and management environmental attributesatisfaction those five parts through factor analysis. And the users’place attachmentalso can be divided into place dependence,place identity and lifestyle through thesame analytical method. At last,the paper extracted two factor from behavior of usagethat is environmentally responsible behavior and loyalty to the destination by means。(2)There is a significant difference on beach users’ attitude to different factor. Interms of environmental attributes satisfaction, Shilaoren bathing beach users havemoderate attitude level one the five sub factors,and social environmental attributesatisfaction got the highest score while the social environmental attribute satisfactiongot the lowest score. The data got from the field research showed that users had a lowlevel of attachment on beaches. In the three sub factors,place dependence got thehighest score while the lifestyle got the lowest score. In the aspect of behavior ofusage,users expressed high loyalty for Shilaoren bathing beach, and held a positiveattitude to environmental responsible behavior. In addition, the users various socialbackground Characteristics can affect each factor in different level.(3)Regression analysis showed that there existed positive relationship betweenShilaoren bathing beach users’ environmental attribute satisfaction and attachment onbeach.However this relevant relations only existed between different factors of thesetwo elements. This research also found positive relationship between place attachmentand behavior of usage. It can be conclude that environmental responsible behaviormainly related to the lifestyle. Loyalty of beach have positive correlation with threefactor of place attachment.(4)As for the checking mediating role of place dependence, the test results show that place dependence do have mediating role between the environmental attributessatisfaction and place identity,however this effect is not entirely. That is meansShilaoren bathing beach users’ environmental attributes satisfaction don’t entirelyaffect place identity through place dependence.According to the results of this research, this paper puts forwardcountermeasures and suggestions on the development and management in order toimplement the baths bathing beach users demands in various aspects. |
