Study On Logistics Integration Strategy Based On Co-opetition Theory Of Qingdao Port

By understanding the characteristics of the development of modern port logistics and conjunct with the new development trend of the port logistics, the thesis analyzes the port logistics of Qingdao port and Shandong peninsula port group, and analyzes the competitions which have been raised. In view of the actual development of Qingdao port logistics,conjunct the strategic policy of Shandong government,Qingdao port decide to raise the logistics integration strategy based on co-opetition. Qingdao port integrate the resource of Shandong peninsula port by establishing the joint venture, cooperation and strategic alliances.Qingdao port will achieve the objective which is being the logistics and shipping central in northeast Asia by enhancing core-competitiveness of Qingdao port and geographical advantage.This study is based on the research in the field and the extensive use of books, newspapers, magazines and network. It gives an objective analysis of the port logistics of Qingdao port and Shandong peninsula port group and presents the integration strategy concept based on co-opetition. Qingdao port should use the deep hinterland resources and the geographical advantage of possessing the closest international routes.
