The Research Of Logistics Network Construction Of Fruit And Vegetable From South To Northeast In China

With the rapid development of agricultural economy, our people will live a better life and their ideas of healthy eating will increase gradually. Especially, a wider range and higher quality in color and freshness are required in our daily lives. However, the backward logistics system of fruits and vegetables has become a big barrier which affects the agricultural economy. China proposed that establishing a "green channel" of agricultural logistics is compatible with the level of economic development in the "twelfth five-year-plan"; and it could comprehensively improve the level of food logistics as well as quality, also reduce its costs. Therefore, it is no doubt that establishing logistics system of fruits and vegetables with the characters of intensification, modernization and internationalization could sharply promote the peasant income. Meanwhile, it is important for us to actively propel socialistic harmonious society construction.By taking the logistics network of fruits and vegetables from south to northeast as an example, this thesis constructs a simulation optimization model of the logistics net-work of fruits and vegetables from south to northeast by using Flexsim Simulation technique. Firstly, the processing and stored simulation model is constructed from a base of production to warehouse. The model aims at a shortest time and higher utilization at this stage, in order to guarantee the quality and fresh the fruits and vegetables. Secondly, it is time to put the processed fruits and vegetables into transportation network from south to northeast. We take ship and truck transportation as examples in this thesis. The transport network simulation model from south to northeast is constructed in this stage. After running the model, adjusting the utilization rates and reducing the blocked time of transportation network model is necessary which could get out a better plan for the transport network and guarantee the quality and freshness, reducing the costs of transportation and loss.The logistics network of fruits and vegetables from south to northeast was put for-ward to improve the level of fruit and vegetable logistics in this paper. The logistics net-work can not only reduce costs and loss of logistics during the transportation, but also can improve the quality of the fruit and vegetable logistics. It aims at providing lower price and more variety of fruits and vegetables, in order to improve the qualities and people's livelihood.
