This embodies in the behavior of rent-seeking in the government procurement leads to the waste of social resources, the loss of national wealth, repression of fair competitions, and resistance of social civilization. The significance includes completing the system of our government procurement, reinforcing the management of public fund.This paper adopts both standard and empirical analysis to analyze the manifestations and causes of rent-seeking. The dynamic game model is quoted to clarify the behavior of rent-seeking in the government of our country deeply. The paper starts with the theory of rent-seeking and government procurement, with a detailed analysis on the present situation of our government procurement and the behavior of rent-seeking. Finally, suggestions are reached to resolve the problem of rent-seeking in the current government procurement. There are five parts in the paper.
