With the development of the Internet, a variety of Websites are endless. How to create new business model are long-standing problems. Into the Web2.0 era, the business model is becoming increasingly prominent. In the new Internet era, Web2.0 companies how to build an effective business model, in competition with the traditional Internet companies to keep their edge; enterprises are increasingly becoming the focus of attention.This integrated use of theoretical research, empirical research, case studies and other research methods; e-commerce business model factors of Web2.0 enterprises have been studied deeply. Based on the framework of business model Factors, the characteristics and the main factors of the Web2.0 business model have been discusses, revealed the main factors of Web2.0 business model are process, persistence, content, market, charge and user experience. On this basis, we find the relationships of elements and site performance as well as elements each other and through the establishment of structural equation model of the factors affecting the in-depth analysis, get the relationship between factors and the path of impact.Article in the investigation of China's Web2.0 websites development status, based on selected case studies of typical web site, and use of e-business model theory, set up e-commerce business model factors of Web2.0 theoretical model. Using the model, the characteristics and the key factors of Web2.0 enterprises successful or failure have been obtained.Through the study we found that, persistence, the site content and charge have a very significant effect; and process, market and user experience have no direct impact on performance of the website, but to other component elements have an impact on processes affecting the persistence and user experience, user experience and market affects charges, the contents of the persistence and impact on the market. Therefore, before Web2.0 e-commerce model innovation, we should pay special attention to persistent, content and charge, while the other three can not be ignored.The study of business model of Web2.0 is still relatively little, this is limited to business models of Web2.0 the relationships between elements, affecting the path. How to conduct business model innovation and how to evaluate business models are the further study needed.
