Research On Influencing Factors Of Competitiveness Of China's Logistics Enterprises Based On Structural Equation Model

In the era of rapid development of commodity economy,modern logistics industry has become the arterial system of China's economic development,and its development level has become one of the indicators to measure China's modernization level and comprehensive national strength.The rise and development of logistics companies have brought unlimited possibilities to the logistics industry.At present,domestic and foreign scholars have more research on the evaluation and ranking of the competitiveness of logistics enterprises,and the research on the degree of reflection of the influencing factors on the competitiveness of logistics enterprises is rare.The rapid development and high degree of attention of logistics enterprises are of great significance to the improvement of China's comprehensive national strength and international competitiveness.However,the development of China's logistics enterprises is still in its infancy,and the burden of China's logistics enterprises on China's overall logistics business is far lower than that of developed countries,and there are problems such as small scale of enterprises,backward infrastructure,and lack of professional management talents.It is very necessary to carry out research on how logistics companies can improve their competitiveness.Based on the above-mentioned realistic requirements of China's economic development to enhance the competitiveness of logistics enterprises,this paper follows the research background,reviews the related theories of domestic and foreign logistics enterprises' competitiveness and its influencing factors,constructs the influencing factors index system,sets the model,empirically analyzes,and draws conclusions.And the proposed ideas,using normative analysis and empirical analysis methods to analyze the factors affecting the competitiveness of logistics enterprises.Reviewing the relevant literatures on the competitiveness evaluation of domestic and foreign enterprises,summarizing the related theories of enterprise competitiveness based on comparison with competitors,enterprise resources,enterprise capabilities and comprehensive analysis,and dividing the factors affecting the competitiveness of logistics enterprises into enterprise scale and human resources.And three aspects of operational capabilities.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of logistics enterprises,the concept of competitiveness is defined,including total assets,logistics operating income,net capital,net profit,human resources investment,logistics employees,warehouse value,logistics instrument value,return on net assets,assets.Indicator system for the influencing factors of 14 observed variables such as debt ratio.On this basis,the paper takes the financial report data of 50 logistics enterprises in China from 2016 to 2017 as a sample,uses AMOS22.0,draws the path division diagram,constructs the structural equation model,and analyzes the influencing factors of the competitiveness of China's logistics enterprises.The model construction fitting process and empirical results show that the operational capability factor has the highest correlation with the logistics enterprise competitiveness,the standardized path coefficient is 0.952,the enterprise scale factor is second,the coefficient is 0.911,and the human resource factor has a relatively significant impact on competitiveness.Weak,standardized path coefficient is 0.658.From the perspective of observation variables,total assets,net capital,number of undergraduates and above,warehouse value,and number of technicians have an important impact on the competitiveness of logistics enterprises.The analysis results show that it is of great significance to increase the intensity of enterprise infrastructure construction,expand the scale of enterprises,and attract professional and technical personnel to the competitiveness of China's logistics enterprises.
