Study On The Modes And Strategy For Informatization Service In Rural Areas Of Heilongjiang Province

China is a large country with apparent differences among regions, so it is very important for each province to construct the modes of informatization service in rural areas according to local conditions. The study and determination of the modes of informatization service in the rural areas in Heilongjiang Province is an important issue to be solved in the construction of new countryside and provincial informatization development. Based on the theories of economics and management, the modes of informatization service in the rural areas in Heilongjiang Province were systematically investigated and studied by system analysis of information in this paper.In the paper the concept and connotation of informatization service in rural areas were given. The present situations, the main modes and characteristics of foreign rural informatization service were systematically analyzed. In addition, the main modes of informatization service in different rural areas in China were analyzed.The situation of the rural economic development and the characteristics of agricultural production in Heilongjiang province were introduced, and the main problems of the informatization service were found by analyzing the main modes of informatization development in rural areas in Heilongjiang Province. Suggestions were made to solve the problems. The results of this study are of great practical value in promoting the informatization service in the rural areas in Heilongjiang Province.
