The Status And The Development Countermeasures Of Rural Specialized Cooperative Economic Organizations In Weifang City

At present, a prominent issue which China faces during the process of promoting the building of new socialist countryside is that the conflict between a large numbers of small-scale peasants scattered production management and a variety of the big market. Early in 100 years ago, Marx illustrated there are three major contradictions between the small-scale peasant economy and market economy, The inevitable result of this conflict is that the market economy defeats or eradicates small-scale peasant economy. Under the condition of market economy, the single small-scale peasants are weak in strength in comparison of the large unified market which inevitably formats the three "black-box". Firstly, the "black-box of trading"; Secondly, the "black-box of information"; thirdly, the "black-box of interests". In the long run, agricultural development will enter a "low-level equilibrium trap". Therefore, in order to built a modern "agricultural" economy to meet the requirements of a market economy which enable the broad masses of peasants to avoid the three "black box" the benefits of the loss,we should call on hundreds of thousands of small peasants to join together in the establishment of specialized cooperative economic organizations and take the road of economic cooperation. This has been fully proved both at home and abroad.It has experienced a long time in the research of rural specialized cooperative economic organizations and gained a lot of precious experiences overseas. The same research starts late in our country, but develops very quickly. At present, although the factors that affect the development of rural specialized cooperative economic organizations in our country still exist, we have formed a Chinese characteristic system of rural specialized cooperative economic organizations in the form, characteristic and function, and we also have the quite explicit development plan.In recent years, under the guidance of the central policy, a large number of new-type rural specialized cooperative economic organizations have emerged in Weifang City. These cooperative economic organizations have played a positive role in promoting the industrialization of agriculture development and increasing the peasants' income and solving the "three rural" issue. However, there have been many problems which restricted the development of cooperation. This paper conducts a survey, analysis and discussion of this state which provides a valuable reference and a basis to the new situation to further develop the rural cooperative economic organizations.
