Staff silence is the staff can be based on their experience and knowledge had proposed the idea, and ideas to improve the organization's department or work in certain areas, but for various reasons, may choose to retain their point of view. In accordance with the Dyne (2003) Silence of the staff, employees can be divided into silent acquiescence of silence, silence is defensive in nature, pro-social silence. The Silence of the factors affecting the employees are many, including:enterprise system, norms and practices; leadership and organization; colleagues; individual variables and so on. In this paper, leadership style and leadership of situational factors impact on the staff of silence is the main concern. In recent years,70 since the late 20th century style of transformational leadership proposed study abroad rise to an upsurge of transformational leadership style. Domestic regulation was leadership style and leadership style is sparse. The leadership style on the impact of silencing mechanisms, internal research in this area is still in the exploratory stage.In this study, basis on literature review and interviews we have proposed hypotheses. Verified by empirical research in leading factors of different nature scenes, different sizes of enterprise are meant leadership style and leadership style impact employee silence and its mechanism.In this study,10 from Jiangxi Province to survey companies, and finally collected 300 questionnaires, of which 262 valid questionnaires. To spss16.0 and lisrel8.0 as statistical software tools, through the analysis of variance, and hierarchical regression analysis, structural equation models analyzed to validate the research model.Through data analysis, reached the following conclusions:(1) Regulation and care-oriented was significantly negatively correlated with staff silence. The higher of The leadership and care behaviors, the lower staff silence.(2) Staff in caring for different gender, defensive silence, acquiescence of silence, pro-social silence there was no significant difference, There are differences in the aligned our significantly. Dimensions mean the difference between the two groups are meant to-0.239, which means that the average, women perceived their leadership than men's are meant to 0.239.(5) Employees of different enterprises in the silence of nature there are significant differences. Silence of employees of state enterprises was higher than private enterprises.Finally. Summary of research findings. Propose appropriate management strategies, and the limitations of this study and proposed direction for further research.
