Independent Innovation Capability Assessment Of High-tech Enterprises In Jiangxi Province And Research On Promoting Mechanisms

With the development of economic, high-tech enterprises is not only an important part of the national economy, but also played essential part in the industrial structure adjustment and transformation of economic development. The 21st century is the era of knowledge, compared to relying on high input, high consumption, the independent innovation is the most fundamental and most effective option. Therefore, understanding of the process of business innovation correctly, evaluating scientific and grasping the level of independent innovation capability of business, selecting the appropriate enterprise development models, promoting independent innovation capability, we must face.Firstly, after studying carefully the review of research on innovation, the article introduces the concept of innovation, independent innovation and independent innovation capability, and also summarized various methods evaluate the independent innovation capability.Secondly, the article described the process of independent innovation, and then analysis the internal and external factors which play effective roles in independent innovation through System Dynamics. And do a good preparation for the next chapters by analyzing the causality in detail through System Dynamics.Moreover, according to the foregoing analysis and the actual situations in Jiangxi Province, construct a suitable evaluative index system by considering the internal and stimulating factors. Compared to various methods, we choose the group decision method to indentify the weights and use Hierarchical Comprehensive to judge the level of the independent innovation capability.And then, based on the independent innovation capability in Jiangxi Province, we researched on the kinds of independent innovation models. Under the different models, we use game analysis to understand its operating mechanism, the do simulation.Finally, according to the conclusions above, design the correctly mechanism which can promote the independent innovation capability in Jiangxi Province, and propose to take some measures and give some suggestions to increase the independent innovation capacity.
