Research On The Evaluation To The Regional Independent Innovation Capacity In Cluster Way

Recently, in the academic field of the regional economy and the management,from the perspective of the unity of both regional innovation and cluster innovation,the research on the Regional Independent Innovation in Cluster Way is discussedare rare. In this category, lack of the corresponding unified oretical guidance. Tospeed up the innovation process, optimize innovation resource and improve theregional industry cluster innovation ability, will have to answer for this problem.Therefore, Based on the research foundation of related issue, this paper selectsthe evaluation of regional and cluster independent innovation capacity as theevaluate and research object, expounds systematically the related theories andevaluation methods about regional and cluster independent innovation capacity,and analyzes impacting-factors of regional and cluster independent innovationcapacity theoretically and empirically. Then, combining related issue researchresults of own and other experts and scholars, this paper sets up a scientific andreasonable index system of regional and cluster independent innovation capacity.By adopting the weighting method, Radar Chart method and BP artificial neuralnetwork, this paper makes an empirical research on region of Anhui as an example.Through empirical conclusions derived from the model, the article gives relatedcountermeasures to provide the reference for improving Regional and ClusterIndependent Innovation in Anhui Province.
