Study On Interactive Mechanism Of Technology Innovation Network And The Capability Of Independent Innovation

Technology innovation is an important engine for economic growth.At present the world is in the preliminary stage of information technology applications and new technology revolution.The active development of technology innovation has brought new opportunities for economic growth.In order to realize the stable development of the economy, our construction of efficient innovation mechanism and innovation network is particularly important. In the present situation,what shall the enterprises of our country use the interactive mechanism between technology innovation network and the capability of independent innovation to improve themselves and the innovation network’s innovation ability?It is an urgent problem to be solved.This paper reviews Embeddedness Theory, Knowledge Management Theory,Social Capital Theory, Principal-agent Theory, System Dynamics, Network Organization Theory and other relevant literatures.Using the method of modeling, simulation and empirical research,this paper constructs the interaction mechanism model of technological innovation network and the capability of independent innovation,studies the interaction between technology innovation network and the capability of independent innovation. The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Based on the related literature, this paper digs the influencing factors of technology innovation network and the capability of independent innovation.This paper uses The network density, network connection and network operation efficiency to describe the technological innovation network,uses the number of patents and the income ofinnovation to describe the capability of independent innovation.(2)This paper constructs the interaction mechanism model of technology innovation network and the capability of independent innovation,and plot the system dynamics model by using Any Logic University.The results of simulation show that,there is a positive correlation between network density and the ability of independent innovation.But it is not true that the bigger network density is more beneficial to improve the capability of independent innovation.Network density is only to maintain an appropriate degree and range can have a positive impact on the ability of independent innovation.There is a positive correlation between network connection and the ability of independent innovation.But it is not true that the more compact network connection is more beneficial to improve the capability of independent innovation.Network connection is only to maintain an appropriate degree and range can have a positive impact on the ability of independent innovation.There is a positive correlation between network operation efficiency and the ability of independent innovation.To improve the network operation efficiency is an important way to promote the innovation ability of enterprises.The relationship between technology innovation network and the capability of independent innovation is not just a one-way function.The ability of independent innovation of enterprises also helps to enhance the innovation capability of technology innovation network.Technology innovation networks and the capability of independent innovation have formed a nonlinear feedback loop.This paper analyses the interaction between technology innovation network and the capability of independent innovation by using System Dynamics,break the viewpoint that the bigger network density and the more compact network connection are more beneficial to improve the capability of independent innovation.Finally,this paper put forward the optimization strategies and policy recommendations to enhance the capability of independent innovation and optimize the structure of technology innovation network.This helps the relevant departments to formulate the policies to promote the capability of independent innovation and technical innovation network,Enriches the relevant theory and knowledge of technology innovationnetwork.It has important practical significance for improving the enterprise itself and the innovation network’s innovation ability.
