A Study On The Supply Chain Alliances Of Agricultural Products Dominated By Wholesaler

China is a large agricultural country, and the circulation of agricultural products is a very important part in the development of agriculture. However, the poor circulation of agricultural products is increasingly becoming an important development-constraint to the agriculture and rural-economy, due to the contradiction between Chinese "small-scale production" and "big market", and the conflict between the regional & seasonal production and the balanced & perennial demand. As new forms of enterprise organization, Supply Chain Alliance which can achieve to the overall strategic goal by integrate internal and external resources effectively, is the mainstream cooperation model between enterprises. By virtue of the ideology of Supply Chain Alliance, we should build supply chains alliances of agricultural products to promote agricultural cooperation, in order to explore a suitable and efficient distribution channel of agricultural products, and then improve the efficiency of distribution of agricultural products in China. In addition, because of Chinese small-scale production of agricultural products, the circulation of agricultural products also basically belongs to the early development stage of commodity-economy. So, we can customarily say that Chinese agriculture is in the situation of competitive production and competitive marketing. And agricultural products also have its own nature, such as perishable, seasonal characteristics, which objectively determine wholesalers'dominion in the agricultural supply chain alliances.This paper creative study the circulation of agricultural products by virtue of the ideology of Supply Chain Alliance, whose main research contents consist of six parts, such as the connotation, forming mechanism, efficiency and the distribution of benefits of the supply chain alliance of agricultural products, as well as the problems of construction and management are discussed. The first chapter is the introduction of this paper, which main topics include the background, significance, domestic and international research reviews, main research contents and methods of this article, as well as the conclusions of this paper and possible innovations. The second Chapter mainly explores the relevant theory of the agricultural supply chain alliance, which discusses the ideology of Supply Chain Alliances, the formation of the leader of supply chain alliance, and the concept of supply chain alliance of agricultural products, as well as the selection of its leader. The third chapter of this paper mainly studies the connotation of supply chain alliance of agricultural products, and the formation process of this alliance. The fourth Chapter analyzes the efficiency and profits-distribution of the agricultural supply chain alliances dominated by wholesaler, starting with a brief theory-oriented discussion about the efficiency of this supply chain alliance, then building a efficiency model of the agricultural supply chain alliances dominated by wholesaler, finding out the distinct of welfare effects between the new model and the traditional model by static and comparing analysis, and finally, solving a method about profits-distribution of the agricultural supply chain alliances dominated by wholesaler by virtue of the previous analysis, which based on the distribution of benefits-sharing. The fifth chapter of this paper mainly studies the construction and management about the agricultural supply chain alliances dominated by wholesaler, and then through an empirical case, proves that the agricultural supply chain alliances dominated by wholesaler doesn't exist in practice, but also has some competitive advantage. The last chapter is the Conclusion and Inspirations'section of this article, including the paper's conclusions, and a number of real inspirations to the circulation of agricultural products for our county, as well as the further research directions about my paper.
