| ABSTRACT:Firstly, the paper summarizes the related theories of supply chain management and supply chain performance evaluation, and then, the paper mainly study two aspects:a new model of supply chain which is around the circulation of agricultural enterprises and the way of performance evaluation of agricultural supply chain. After the theoretical analysis and empirical analysis of the theory of agricultural supply chain management and the theory of agricultural-supply-chain performance evaluation, the paper presented a new model of one-stop-supply-chain-management of agricultural products, and then establish the performance evaluation system of the agricultural products circulation enterprise supply chain, and finally use the SL Group as the case to verify the performance evaluation model. The main contents are as follows:(1) Build a new supply chain model of agricultural products circulation enterprise. This chapter on the basis of the current supply chain problems exist in circulation mode, in accordance with the principles of interest, benefit principle and the principle of sustainable development, and proposed a new model-stop circulation of agricultural products, and the steps for implementing the new model, the new model and the implementation of Obstacles implementing countermeasures were analyzed.(2) The evaluation of the supply chain’s performance. Stop the circulation of agricultural products in order to evaluate the performance level of the new model, we design and build a comprehensive set of performance evaluation index system constituted by the overall performance of the supply chain, each node within the enterprise supply chain performance, supply chain performance evaluation of the three aspects of external and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model to quantify, to determine the level of performance of agricultural products circulation enterprise supply chain, and finally adopted the SL group empirical analysis. |
