The Integration Of Agricultural Product Circulation Service Supply Chain And Its Impact On Circulation Performance

The circulation of agricultural products is the medium of linking agricultural production and final consumption.In our country,the agricultural products circulation refers to the process of dispersing,relatively concentrating and then dispersing agricultural products,that is,agricultural products purchased from the production through the distribution center or transit to reach the final consumer process.But at present,the circulation organization of agricultural products is inefficient.Meanwhile,the integration of agricultural products circulation service supply chain is not enough and the circulation cost is too high.In order to meet the needs of market economy development,farmer prefessional cooperatives appeard and gradually developed.As an innovation of the economic cooperation organization,farmer prefessional cooperatives can promote the agricultural and rural economy and the circulation of agricultural products.Agricultural products prefessional cooperatives are a type of farmer prefessional cooperatives.It is the main research object of this paper.The effective integration and service of the circulation service supply chain based on the agricultural prefessional cooperatives is the key factor to the circulation performance of agricultural products prefessional cooperatives.Based on the theory of domestic and foreign scholars' research,the three dimensions of supply chain integration are taken as the starting point.The scales of information sharing,cooperative relationship and synergistic mechanism were established to evaluate agricultural products circulation service supply chain integration.From the aspects of flexibility,time,financial status,satisfaction,delivery quality and cost,we establish a scale to evaluate the circulation performance.The empirical research is carried out for Anhui agricultural products prefessional cooperatives.The data is collected by network questionnaire.In this paper,the influence of three dimensions of supply chain integration on circulation performance and the relationship between integration dimensions are analyzed by means of descriptive statistical analysis,factor analysis and regression analysis through SPSS21.0.The empirical results show that information sharing has a significant positive effect on flexibility,and cooperative relationship has a positive effect on flexibility,time and satisfaction,The synergistic mechanism has significant positive effects on all the performance variables.Moreover,information sharing and the cooperative relationship has a direct positive effect on collaborative mechanism,and cooperativerelationship also has a direct positive effect on information sharing.At the same time,information sharing acts as a mediator between cooperative relationship and collaborative mechanisms.Based on the conclusion of the study,this paper points out the management practice of enhancing the circulation performance of the agricultural products circulation service supply chain based on the agricultural products prefessional cooperatives.It suggests that we should:(1)establish the strategic cooperation relationship between the various links of the supply chain;(2)strengthen the information construction and prom the information sharing among the supply chain members;(3)build and improve the agricultural products logistics infrastructure;(4)cultivate and support agricultural products circulation service supply chain integrators;(5)establish and improve the laws and regulations of agricultural products circulation.Finally,the limitations of the research are pointed out and the prospect is put forward.
