Study On The Affecting Factors And Countermeasures For Improving Farmers Incomes In Putian City

This paper takes a study of new socialist rural construction assessment index system (NRCAIS) in Putian City, adopts literature research method to generalize the overview and existing problems of new rural construction both at home and abroad, uses methods of questionnaire survey and field survey to investigate and analyze the basic instance of new rural construction of Putian City. Firstly the article adopts AHP and Delphi method to conceive of NRCAIS; secondly through the matrix to determine the index weight; thirdly the article estimates NRCAIS, then analyzes the results of evaluation so as to find existing problems. On this base, the paper brings forward some countermeasures such as developing Shoemaking clothing industry and service industry energetically, improving rural infrastructure in rural areas, promoting good social customs in rural areas, improving rural democracy construction and so on.
