The Problems And Countermeasures For The Construction Of New Socialist Countryside In Foshan City Under New Situation

The construction of new socialist countryside plays an important role in promoting the rural work for the Party and government.The new rural construction can not only supply farmers with better production and living environment,but also provide citizens with safety and quality farm products and tourism resources.Therefore,new rural construction is an important way to realize the development of urban and rural integration.Foshan City,as one of the developed regions,has strong impetus to lead the rural area development,and also has rich market resources and financial support.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to explore the new rural construction in Foshan City,and it can also provide reference for other developed areas.In this paper,some research methods including literature review,field investigation and case analysis were performed to accomplish the research objectives.Firstly,the author analyzed the basic requirements of new rural construction,domestic and foreign experiences,and the theories of Foshan new socialist countryside construction.Then,the experiences of new rural construction in Japan and South Korea were summarized.Secondly,,the author analyzed the achievements of Foshan industrial development,rural industrialization,urban and rural win-win development,rural collective economic development and so on.Finally,taking Nanshui village in Shunde District of Foshan as an case study,the author comprehensively analyzed the construction of the new countryside.Based on the above researches,the problems of new rural construction in Foshan City were concluded,such as the lack of rural construction planning and control,unbalanced regional development,the disorder of village industrial park management,imperfect system of rural grassroots governance mechanism,and the loss and lack of rural talents,etc.Meanwhile,this study analyzed the cause of above problems,and put forward a series of countermeasures: strengthening the construction of rural organizations;improving and perfecting the system of new rural construction management mechanism;developing new driving force of the rural industry development;optimizing the rural ecological environment and governance mode;inheriting and developing the traditional cultural heritage and its protection in rural areas;promoting the principal role of farmers in the construction of new countryside.
