Study On The Present Situation And Development Countermeasures Of Loquat Industry In Putian

As an unique and advantage fruit in Putian City, the development of loquat industry is significant on promoting rural economic development, increasing farmers income, and improving agricultural efficiency of Putian City. However, its industrial development still faces several shortages, such as unavailable brand awareness, weak marketing, and poor processing and utilization of loquat products. In this thesis, the methods of combination of literature and the field research, qualitative and quantitative analysis, normative and case studies were used to reveal the research status of overseas and domestic studies, and to make a systematic analysis on developing condition, progress, status, prospect and profit, especially on the developing problems of loquat industry in Putian City. Meanwhile, the developing experiences of Yunxiao's loquat industry were absorbed to put forward measures on improving the loquat industry development in Putian City, including to emphasis on industrial research and optimize the industrial layout; to intensify the brand concepts and expand marketing channels; to strengthen exchanges with Taiwan and achieve win-win cooperation; to implement preferential policies and fulfill more support; to conduct standards and develop modern agriculture, etc.
