In the recent, service trade develops the most quickly in the international trade domain. At the same time, the travel service trade is playing more and more important role in a country's economy. As the most important component of service trade, traveling service trade has the richest profit and its tremendous contribution to a country economy has obtained the widespread attention. In 2008 when the economic crisis came, many important industries were influenced. Traveling service trade as a sensitivity industry also did not make an exception. In this period how much margin of the Chinese traveling service and the world traveling powerful? The article attempts to analysis and evaluate the travel service trade international competition ability ,research which factor affects the our country traveling service trade international competition ability and then propose the countermeasure to promote our country traveling service trade international competition level.The thesis uses both the qualitative and quantitative analysis, bases on the travel service trade indicators of the last four years and compares with other seven travel developed countries try to make an accurate comprehensive evaluation of Chinese travel service trade. The evaluation results show that in the period of economic crisis, China is in the middle of these countries. So there are still some defects and potential of travel service trade in our country. The thesis combines the factor of Diamond Theory with travel service trade, and makes an empirical analysis. Finally, the thesis accords to the analysis result and propose the countermeasure about human capital, transportation condition and the sustainable development of tourism resources.
