The Analysis Of Our Country's Farmland Use System Vicissitude And The Agricultural Achievements

This dissertation attempts to elaborate the relations between the farmland use system vicissitude and the agricultural achievements from historical path's angle of the farmland use system vicissitude of our country. Utilizing the basic principles of system vicissitude of the contemporary New Instituion Economics, the dissertation discusses the course of farmland use system vicissitude of our country after liberation and the performances in every stage of farmland use system. According to the farmland use system vicissitude's process of our country ,the dissertation inquires about the theory frame of system vicissitude. Using this theory frame, the dissertion analyzes and demonstrates the intrinsic mechanism of the vicissitude, thus pursues the unification between theory logic and historical logic. Through the theory and the real analysis of farmland use system vicissitude's objective history of our country from 1949 to 1984 year,the conclusion is that the different farmland use system which practice in the agricultural production will form the different drive to the people who are engaged in the agricultural production, then finally to affect the agricultural achievements change. Therefore, not only the system vicissitude but also farmland use system vicissitude is the determining factor of affecting agricultural development of our country. From this, beside enlarging agriculture investment of our country, I may suggest that our country should take not only the rural economy system system's innovation but also farmland use system's innovation for the main breach to seek the intrinsic power which impels the agriculture of our country to continue to develop fastly, to maintain the tendency of agriculture sustained development of our country, to settle"three agricultural questions"of our country thoroughly.
