The Dialectical Analysis About The Farmland System Evolution And The Rural Population Growth Of New China

The article which takes to Chinese farmland property rights system vicissitude analysis as a foundation, has analyzed the influence from the system vicissitude on rural population fluctuation by the related principles of the system economics and the economics of population with the materialistic dialectics thought, and has suggested that it should establish the modern farmland property rights system which should adapte socialist market economy system, and also cultivate and develop the farmland market. In addition, the article has proposed that it should control the population quantity by enhancing the population quality and display fully the market control action to population reproduction countermeasure positions and so on.There are two clues and one axle in the article. First: the article has described and examined three general farmland property rights system transformations since the founding of the People's Republic of China with the system analysis, the historical analysis and the comparative analysis, and also has forecasted the development of country farmland property rights system on this account.
