Reflection On The Spirit Of Enterprise Innovation According To Ma Hengchang Team's Spirit

During the process of development of chinese enterprises, there are many so-called innovative enterprises which flourished in a minute.The reason for this phenomenon is caused by a variety , and the important one that can't be overlooked is the lack of the spirit of entrepreneurial creativity to support for enterprise's sustainable innovation.In this paper, the author studies Ma Hengchang team's spirit as a special nature of innovative spirit and suggests that Ma Hengchang team's spirit can be divided into three dimensions: Spirituality layer ,including spiritual beliefs and ideals of communism , which is the spiritual essence and the life coordinate of Ma Hengchang team; Ethos layer , the attitude and principle of the collectivism of proletariat, which embodies the beliefs and ideals of Ma Hengchang team, and the pursuit of their lives; Mental quality layer, which consists of codes of conduct and norms such as the discipline , selfless dedication, love for plants as his own home, practice, unity, cooperation, good faith in hard work, and be pioneers with the times. This is the basic requirements for the social property of Ma Hengchang team's, and their psycho-social image as well .Reviewed the growth of Ma Hengchang team, there are three important enlightenment to Chinese enterprises:First,firm beliefs and ideals can create a sense of ownership. This spirit is the embodiment of the noble character of thoughts and feelings of Ma Hengchang team's firm communist beliefs and ideals. Second, scientific attitude and principles can promote teamwork and collectivism expresses team's spirit directly in the work group. Third, codes of conduct and norms affect the innovation and development of enterprises,such as concentric win situation, and be pioneers, the pursuit of excellence, serving the country which inspires to make an extraordinary contribution for members in their ordinary position, and stimulates innovation and development of contemporary enterprises.At present, a lot of work should be done to own a spirit of innovation and become real innovative enterprises for Chinese enterprises.This paper considers that three points should be noticed in ideas. First, to strengthen the spirit of innovation ,the soul and lifeline of enterprises. Second, to built and improve the enterprise culture, the basis of entrepreneurial creativity. Third, to enhance the innovation capacity by builting a learning organization.
