The Research Of Team Spirit Construction For Loudi Quanyou Furniture

As long as the improvement of global economic integration and the development of China's socialist market economy, establishing modern enterprise system has become necessary. Through the analysis of the experiences from domestic and international famous enterprises'team spirit building, creating some inspiration to Loudi Quanyou Furniture. In-depth investigation and analysis of Quanyou Furniture, put forwards some suggestion on the team building and team spirit construction.It's believes that team spirit construction depends on every member of the team.
