In 21st Century, the tendency of globalizing economy makes the business environment more competitive and complexity day by day. Therefore, there are increasing number of enterprises realize that interior employee is one key factor that affecting organizational future developing and surviving, and the job satisfaction is one key factor that motiveting employee and keeping holding key employee within the organization.H Power Supply Institution is one of leading Power supply institution within Guang Dong province, but in HRM side, there is still room for improvement,especialy the employee job satisfaction. Employee job satisfaction is one of severnteen improvements poject of South China Power Grid Company.Therefore, this study will analysis the HRM system of H Power Supply Institution, and then tries to find out the main problem which affecting employee job satisfaction. And by improving the employee job satisfaction, finally and increase the core-competency of H Power Supply Institution and increases the HRM efficacy of H Power Supply Institution.This researchl use both of qualitative research and quantitative research to measure and analysis the current HR system and find out the current employee job satisfaction level within the organization, and try to find out the key problems which affecting the employee job satisfaction.The first step of this research is literature study, which is gathering useful information and theory about employee job satisafaction for following analysis, and the analysis the both strength and weakness of employee job satisfaction of H Power Supply Institution. The tirtd step is using questionnaire pool and interviewing inquiry to diagnose the stem of H Power Supply Institution remaining HR problems, find out the key problem which affecting the employee job satisfaction, and try to fix the problems and improve the HR efficacy by interpreting modern job satisfaction and motivation theory.
