With the development of the auto industry, auto sale and after-sale have become the focus in the industry gradually. Chinese have smoothly realized the 4S business model, which is cored"four in one"as auto franchise model including sale, sparepart, service, survey and so on.S company is one of the auto sale and service companies that enter into this business at the beginning of the reform and open, from 1977 . After developed for nearly thirty years, S was developed from a small amendment institute to a leading company in south China region. S has been developed at top speed before the year 2005. Since there were more and more companies joined into the industry, the competition was increasing. Therefore one company cannot satisfy its customers with only one kind of service, it should search for the individual and different ones. Because S company operation Shanghai Volkswagen, Shanghai GM, Faw Volkswagen, Faw-Mazda and Chery Auto, etc several auto brands, which take the individual need be difficult to unite. In this case, the performance was not so good since 2005. In 2008 and 2009 the performance, particularly prominent. This situation has seriously affected the normal business . Business Integration is that company S need.This paper briefly introduces the history of China's automobile industry, then addresses the car service industry at domestic and abroad, the company S history background and S company business, and now the current development of company S through the main existing problems and bottleneck was analyzed. The integration of the business of the company S model and the choice of mode of company S integration,then analysis integration of implementing effect.This research focus on how to use modern logistics and supply chain management theory to accommodate the development need of the enterprise. With the SWOT analysis and trend of time series, through the company S front-end service, the core business and back-end business integration , discuss the conformity idea of multi-brand agent model and establish the business program.In the end, the integration of the business integration after analyzing the effect on company S future integration trend and the future development direction of planning.
