Research And Countermeasures On Structural Unemployment Of College Students In China

The unemployment of college students in China has caused widespread concerned in recent years.In the context of labor market segmentation,college students are facing unemployment in the primary labor market,but in the secondary labor market, the demand for labor can't be met for long time.Therefore,properly resolve the problem of college students structural unemployment have a great significance for achieve the balance of labor supply and demand.The thesis starts from the labor market segmentationg impact on college students structural unemployment , through data analyse,disscuss the characteristics and causes of the college students structural unemployment ,and through making game models, find out the mechanism design and route selection to resolve the structural unemployment of college students.Finaly,the thesis put forward some policy suggestion.The thesis is divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction,including the purpose and significance of the thesis,research stutus,research methods and structural of thesis. The second part is the theoretical foundation and characteristics of the college students strutctural unemployment,including the theoretical foundtion of the college students structural unemployment.this part also including the characterstics of our country college students structural unemployment:geograyhicalstructure, urbarn and rural structure,corporate structure.The third part is the causes analyse of college students structural unemployment.Labor market segmentation is the theory evidence.Study also find that students expected income too high,the income gap of primary and secondary labor market,labor mobility difficult and inadequate of employment services are the reality reasons. The forth part is the mechism desigh and path selection to solve the college students structural unemployment. The fifth part is the conclusion and the policy suggestion.
