On the trends of clothing personality and fashion, garment enterprises choose brand operating as a strategic tool for survival and development. The rapid development of information technology increasingly promotes the operation speed of the apparel industry. With this background, the logistics chain in the process of the brand operating has become one of the constraint facts to the development of fashion brand. This paper firstly analysis the logistics aspects from the fashion brand standardization perspective, then advice a integration program for brand operation, of which the effect was verified by examples. The details are as follows:1, This thesis through an extensive literature on garment enterprises operation, summarizes the concepts of standardized fashion brand, several key issues in fashion business operations, such as the product development and production, marketing strategies, the timely logistics supply, and so on. With the guide of theory, the paper analyzed the characteristics of the apparel industry, and came to the conclusion:with today's fast-paced development trend, the logistics chain management for fashion brand standardized operation has become more and more important.2, This thesis through an extensive literature on logistics systems, introduced the related concept of logistics integration for garment brand, and described the characteristics of garment logistics.3, Through the detailed analysis of the problems and their causes for garment logistics chain, we see the feasibility of an integrated logistics chain for fashion brand operation which is available for both technical point and gaining profit. That is inspired from the development of the third part as logistics. On the base above, the paper proposed the professional integration measures for fashion brand operation. That is putting forward the integration elements and integration processes for the logistics chain on the base of analysis the professional process of fashion brand operation.4, Finally, the thesis prove the effect of the logistics integration by the case of LUXURY LANE, which is a fashion brand operating cross-border. In the process, we make out the certain evaluation system, by which we could see the differences between its operating results before and after the integration.In this thesis, we choose the professional fashion brand operation as the starting point, integrate the logistics process from the microscopic point of garment enterprise. In today's development of fast-paced trend, the conclusion has directly significance for the quick response of apparel supply chain system. The research of this paper enriches the theory of clothing logistics, as well as provides clothing enterprise a way to consider how to integrate the logistics part. So this thesis has a strong academic value and practical value.
