Innovation capability nowadays has been highly concerned in national level, business level and personal level. This essential element decides whether a country or an enterprise owns its international competitiveness or core competitiveness. Although the innovation capability in China has got great development, there are still some obvious gaps towards those innovative countries. Firstly, overall R&D intensity in our country isn't strong enough. Secondly, the proportion of basic research and applied research expenditures is low. Thirdly, enterprises'indigenous R&D capability is deficient. Thus, the problem how to leverage indigenous innovation capability in our country is urgent to solve. According to the latest research, organizational culture has been the key element in leveraging indigenous innovation capability. So, this thesis will focus on organizational culture, exploring how innovative organizational culture leverages innovation capability, which takes all-involvement innovation as the mediator.In the beginning, literature review on organizational culture, relationship between organizational culture and innovation, all-involvement innovation, and innovation capability is presented. Based on literature review, innovation model of organizational culture and the research of all-involvement innovation platform will be proposed in this thesis and concept model of relationship of innovative organizational culture, all-involvement innovation and innovation capability is also confirmed with structural equation modeling (SEM) and regression methods. Some conclusions have been drawn as follows. Firstly, construction of organizational culture needs the synergy of core values, institution system and behavior patterns. Secondly, all-involvement innovation needs synergy supports of all-elements innovation, including strategy innovation, organization innovation, system innovation, culture innovation etc. Thirdly, individual innovation is the mediator of the positive relationship between innovative organizational culture and innovation capability; however, collective innovation is not the mediator in it.According to the former results, this thesis will take Haier Group as a typical case, and explore the mechanism of innovative organizational culture leveraging innovation capability through all-involvement innovation. In the end, the prospect of future study will unfold.
