Overall Innovation Management Framework For Enterprise Full Of Innovation Capacity Study

Several innovative enterprises have begun the activity of all-involvement innovation (AII) to effectively utilize employee resource. After literature review in the formation, practice process and capability of all-involvement innovation, we describe several contents below.First, based on the former bits and pieces study of all-involvement innovation, we describe AII systemically. In this paper, we emphasize two meanings of all-involvement innovation in the frame of total innovation management (TIM). First enterprise should try to let everyone take part in the innovation activity. Second it must be a collective activity. Based on these, we distinguish AII from expert innovation, AII with suggestion and countinous improvement (CI) to make the meanings of AII more clearly. We also simply describe eight models of AII and several applied tools and skills. Systemic recognition of AII is the base of the further study of AII.Next, "VRP" model was provided to discuss elements of all-involvement innovation capability, including AII value, AII resource and AII process. AII value is the philosophy base of AII, including AII basic value and AII atmosphere. AII resource is necessary for AII, including AII basic resource (money and time), AII complementary resource (tools, skills and information), AII management resource (special person, position and department). AII process is the practical process of AII, including AII executing capability, AII evaluating capability, AII suggestion-transacting capability, AII connecting capability and AII studying capability. We testify that these capability elements have positive impact on AII performance. It is helpful for enterprise to understand AII capability elements well.Finally, based on the "VRP" model, we divided the AII capability in the frame of TIM into four levels: try of AII, system of AII, expanding of AII and AII based on TIM. It is helpful for enterprise to understand what level they are in now and what they should do to reach the next level.
