With the process of economic globalization and integration, especially after the global finance crisis in 2008, to protect the domestic industry or to achieve specific purposes, all the countries are adopting various trade protection policies such as technical trade barriers and green disguised trade barriers and other trade barriers that are increasingly frequently and more comprehensively used. A new round of trade protectionism has been quietly rising, and an endless stream of new trade barriers has been coming. On this basis, taking experience from the developed countries' countermeasures, and from the government, industry and business point of view, the paper present four measures to deal with the new trade protectionist, so as to promote China's export trade development.
