At last, against the negative impacts, the paper proposes strategies from thegovernment, the industry association, the enterprise: the government should activelyparticipate in international affairs to create a favorable international environment forChina’s foreign trade development, the industry associations should give a full play toits own functions, and the role as a bridge between the government and enterprise, theenterprises must strengthen its ability to deal with the new trade protectionism.
