Research On County Government Role In County Economy Development

The county economy, an important force in promoting national economy development, is playing an increasingly prominent role. The County economy development and growth is a strategic initiative to balance the development between the urban and rural areas and fundamentally solve the three problems of the rural areas,the farmers and the agriculture.At the same time,to keep the county economy prosperous is an important content and an inevitable choice for building the small towns increasing the farmers'income, comprehensively realizing a moderately prosperous society,forming a new socialist countryside and forming a harmonious society. The development of county economy is inseparable from the county government. This is decided by the objective laws of economic development and historical trajectory of China's reform and opening up. It briefly describes the background of this research, making the subject and starting point of this research clear.The theory of government and the results of the county economic research are reviewed. On this basis, the author clarifies the research methodology and the way for analysis of this study. Part II County Government.It is mainly about an important variety during the development of county's economy. This chapter is divided into two sections. The first section lays down the county and the county government to the history and their main features and important roles, while making an overview of the meaning, characteristics,status and role of the county economy. The latter part describes the relationship between the county government and county economy in order to point out that county government is an important variety. This makes a good preparation for the theme of this paper.Part III the analysis of the failure and impact of the county government in developing the economy.It is an important part of this thesis to ask questions and provide analysis. Firstly, the thesis sorts the performances of the county government's failure in developing the county economy. There are five factors.They are:the government's lack in place, the government's fake position, the Government's dislocation, the government's offside position and the Government's placeholder.On this basis, An analysis on the negative impact of the government in developing the county economy is made, which is ready for the central part chapter four to solve those questions above.Part IV to build service-oriented county governments and promote sound and rapid development of the county economy. It is a central part of the paper to provide the solution to the problem above.It is very clear in this article that we must build service-oriented county government in order to promote the county's economic development.
