Studies On Problems And Countermeasures Of China's Limited Property Right Houses

In recent years the limited property right houses emerged under China's fast urbanized background and its rapid development with huge scale, widespread distribution, complex situation, profound influence caused difficult problem that the government must face with along with the house price rose unceasingly. The limited property right houses which have been constructed illegally are impossible all demolished, so how to process the existing limited property right houses properly need government's wisdom to clear off complex interest relations the limited property right houses brings and deal with the issue nimbly and legitimately.
