Shipping Impact Analysis And Evaluation On The Plain River Training Works

The Taihu Lake is located in the core of "Yangtze River Delta economic zone", and the Taihu Lake Basin water network is the typical plain river network region. The quality of Taihu Lake water is directly related to the safety of the local people lives and economic development, and government has been pay attention to the governance problems of water pollution in the Taihu Lake. Taijia river training works as the principal part of the "one inflow and outflow " environmental management project of the south Taihu Lake, the main purpose is to speed up the South Lake water exchange, improve the water transfer schedule of "enriching Taihu Lake water bring from Yangtze River and drainage", by enhancing the Taihu Lake circulation, and promoting the improvement of water quality and environment of Taihu Lake.This paper selected the plain river improvement project "Taijia Creek circulation of Taihu Lake plan" (draft) as a basis to conduct research and analysis. The works of the project will across the Changhu Sheng, Hujia line, the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal, the Yangtze River Delta and several other high-grade trunk routes, use the whole Dongzong line rive as the drainage channel, requiring closed-form to the north of Mayao in the Dongzong line rive, set ship locks in the Dongzong line rive, and at the intersection of the extension set regulation sluice channel. The project will bring great influence to the region, especially to the inland shipping of Huzhou. Therefore, before implementing o the project, it's necessary to analyze and research the shipping of the content specially, so as to improve the programs to reduce the project's impact on regional inland water transport.In this paper, the plains of river training works for the program's overall layout and preliminary design of the building was analyzed, and the status of inland water transport was surveyed for predicting the shipping impacts of the project, and propose improvement measures and Optimization. Principal contents of the paper were shown as follows:(1) Dongzong line rive were compared before and after the channel capacity analysis, channel and the emergency functions of Dongzong line rive was verfied, and its operating costs, water and so on were analyzed and researched.(2) Analysis and research of the program works on the embankment stability. (3) The impact of the program on the bridge.(4) The impact of programs on the regional channel.(5) Summing up all the effects of proposed optimization.
