With the rapid growth of population and economic development level,the contradiction between resources environment and human society of economic development of Xingyun Lake Basin in Yunnan Province has become more and more prominent.The demand for resources has been increasing and it is easy to take the path of vicious circle which will seriously affect the people's production and life in the region.In this paper,the related research on the Xingyun Lake Basin is carried out.The entropy weight comprehensive evaluation method is used to study and evaluate the resource and environment security situation and the society of economic development level of the region.And then research the region's resources and environment socioeconomic development of the degree of coordination,and provide theoretical basis and development suggestions for the coordinated development of resources,environment and socioeconomic development in the region.The main research results are as follows:(1)Through in-depth understanding and investigation of the resources and environment of the Xingyun Lake Basin,following the evaluation criteria and the availability of data,we selected 11 evaluation factors such as temperature,land area,proportion of cultivated land area,surface area,vegetation coverage,slope and population density.We used the comprehensive evaluation method to construct the evaluation index system and the entropy method to calculate the weight of each evaluation factor.We obtained the evaluation index of resource and environment in the study area and divided the ratings,namely:safety,safer,critical safety,less safe and unsafe five,and then counted the distribution of various levels respectively,analyzed the level of natural resources and environmental status.(2)By selecting the 19 evaluation factors,such as the rural economic gross income,the proportion of labor and other representatives of the level of social and economic development.we constructed the evaluation index system and evaluation model,and measured the social and economic development level index.The higher the index value.the higher the level of social and economic development.Combined with the actual situation of the local,the level index of social and economic system development in Xingyun Lake Basin is divided into five,namely:low,lower,general,higher and high.The results show that the level of socioeconomic development in the region as a whole needs to be improved.(3)Computed resources environment socioeconomic system coupling coordination degree,and established a classification standard with reference to the previous study of the coupling coordination degree classification.The classification of the resource environment socioeconomic coordination degree of the Xingyun Lake Basin is graded according to the grading standard.The results show that the coupling of resources environment and socioeconomic development is low,and there is still a lot of expansion capacity for development.It needs to be adjusted to make the resource environment and society development towards higher coordination level.
