Study On Land Supply Of Indemnificatory Housing In China

With the rapid economic and urbanization in China,the demand to land resources of urban is increasing continually.The contradictory between demand of human living and of urban development makes the problem of lack of land resources emerge. Land resources are the basic of human survival and development,Therefore it is the priority task for our government to balance the urban development and the human housing problem.In the pressure of housing problem at present,the government should increase the supply of indemnificatory apartments to solve the housing problem confronted by the low-income families in urban. Land supply is the the most fundamental aspect for housing,as well as the priority problem for indemnificatory housing.The construction is all based in land resources no matter whether it is affordable housing or low-rent housing.The problem of "Hard to housing" has became the one of the most intense social problem by now.It would tend to cause the chaos if we couldn't deal with it soomthly. Indemnificatory housings relate to the benefits of many other social parts,which is caused by land resources.Only if solving out the problem of land supply,can we increase the supply of indemnificatory housing substancely.This paper makes the use of system research methods and demonstration research methods based on the problems of land supply in indemnificatory housing,analyzing the reasons after catching on the present situation,taking the well-done example of town HuaJing in XuHui district,and other countries to research out the policy suggestion for many other cities in China,solving the problem of land supply in indemnificatory housing in the end.There are five chapters to the studies in the text:Chapter one is introduction.It introduces the background,purpose and significance.Chapter two discusses the Shanghai present situation of land supply in indemnificatory housing,exploring the reasons proceedly. Chapter three finds out the common points of problem of land supply in indemnificatory housing among Shanghai and other cities in China,through the study on the case of Shanghai,and finally putting forward some measures to solve the problem.Chapter four explores some experience and inspiration for other cities in China from two aspects,based on the case of Shanghai,and bring up some effective and feasible ideas in the end.Chapter five is conclusion for the paper,and point to the way how we use our land resource effectively to develop indemnificatory housing.
