Nowadays, enterprises are facing great chanllenges on knowledge workers management. Career management of knowledge workers (CMKW) has been raised to a high level of corporate strategy. Good career management can be more effective in selecting talent, training and retaining staff, making the work environment of the company more efficient.Currently, although career management of foreign research starts early, which don't fit to Chinese national conditions. In addition, Career management of domestic research is also generally state in the employee self-management, and difficult to operate because lacking of deep and systematic research. The career management system of a certain number of enterprises may be a reference, but it is difficult to transplant directly because of different industries or background.. In this paper, it has theoretical value and some practical value to study the career management system of the practical application of LQ Company.In this paper, the study on LQ Company knowledge workers is based on the classical career management theory and realized through a questionnaire survey of career management. In the meanwhile, LQ Company actual needs and knowledge workers characteristics have been taken into consideration as well. From the above study, the problems of knowledge workers career management in LQ Company have been detected. Then suggestions on how to increase the satisfaction of employee have been brought out, and the purpose is to achieve a win-win mode between individuals and LQ Company.
